Delivery approach
We assess each building with a practical, risk-based methodology: condition survey, remediation design, permit and stakeholder coordination, then staged delivery. Works are sequenced to protect live operations and sensitive equipment, with traffic and pedestrian controls applied where required. Quality assurance, NATA testing and documented handover are standard.
Environmental and safety controls
Remediation and refurbishment works are delivered under strict WHS and environmental controls. We integrate dust suppression, air monitoring where required, waste segregation and recycling, and licensed handling of hazardous materials into the program.
