What we do
Live and operational demolition
- Selective demolition and staged removal to protect adjacent structures and maintain service continuity.
- Vibration-controlled techniques and engineered sequencing for buildings connected to live facilities.
- Machinery-assisted work on suspended slabs and other technically challenging locations up to 15 metres.
Hazardous materials and air monitoring
- Licensed hazmat management for asbestos, lead and contaminated materials, integrated into demolition sequencing.
- Continuous air monitoring (when required) and active dust suppression (water misting, wet-down, engineered barriers) to protect the environment, workers, neighbours and sensitive equipment.
- Chain-of-custody disposal for hazardous waste under regulatory controls.
Environmental controls and waste management
- Segregation, tracking and recycling of demolition materials to maximise reuse.
- EPA compliant transport for trackable waste.
- Controls for noise, vibration, stormwater and sediment monitored throughout the project.
Heritage, community and public interface
- Heritage-sensitive demolition with artefact retrieval and careful reinstatement.
- Community-facing controls including engineered hoardings, exclusion zones, pedestrian detours and traffic management to minimise disruption.
